US POSTAL SERVICE RATE INCREASE

USPS recently increased shipping rates for virtually everything we like to ship.

Because most of our products are close to or below our cost we must pass this increase along or stop selling the items.

I'm improving our website to offer pieces that don't fit well on eBay.

These items use the same secure Paypal system you are familiar with to process payments. Paypal will return you to my website after your transaction is complete.

SOME ITEMS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING AND FREIGHT. Do not instant pay for these until I have sent you the total freight cost.

Affected items are so noted in the item description.

If you are interested in the others send me an email.

Some browsers will warn you of unsecure items on my site. They are referring to the photographs of the item you purchased which are harmless. Just click through the warning windows. I can make them go away but it is a needless expense that would be passed on to you.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES REDUCED

We use the United States Postal Service for most of our shipping because they are less costly than the private companies - I know it's hard to believe but its true!

Larger or heavier items such as framed art and some of the art glass will be shipped UPS as they do a better job for those items.

We ship within three days of Paypal approval and usually can ship the next day. Ain't life great?!

A Word About Intellectual Property Rights

As an artist I myself I respect your Intellectual Property Rights. We do not sell unlicensed art or prints. Images and copy shown are used for promotional purposes to sell the product. We do not reproduce art for resale.

It is important to note that all art shown on our website/store has been acquired directly from the artist or wholesale publishers and distributors. These publishers and distributors are licensed by the artists and/or copyright owners to sell their prints to the wholesale trade for resale. Under Fair Use, trademark and copyright permits us as a seller to use the name, description and a picture of the item we were selling. In addition The First Sale Doctrine states that once you sell or give away your copyright you no longer have control of how your image is used.

This is especially true if you participate in eBay’s VERO program. There are very serious consequences should you erroneously report a copyright violation because of the harm you caused to our business. We will seek economic compensation from you in the courts.
